Calligraphy

i used the idea of calligraphic mark making as i was painting this sketch today and i think it came out pretty nice because i had a different goal in mind as i worked.

just cause

just needed to do something for the fun of it tonight. the artistic equavilent of wandering an unknown path.

Mata Hari

after several weeks of not being crazy about my drawings i finally had a good run at the drawing club. the theme was Mata Hari and leave it to Bob Kato to always create a great atmosphere where the shy muse will reveal herself to you.

Completely Different

a little character design experiment. i was trying for a very graphic but slight bas relief feel to this. i really like the way the costume came out!
