lovely overcast

this weekends iPad painting. it was completely overcast for Saturdays class which gives you very consistent light. i tried out a new app called Inspire Pro. very painterly. good comparative color picker, good brushes, nice cross-hair for stylus. 95% painted in Inspire and the other 5% in sketchbook pro for some scatter brush effect.

damn it :) I'm trying not to buy one of these gadgets. You're not making my frugality easy! looks too fun!!!!
He makes it look so easy.
Wow that's gorgeous!
YAY! You uploaded it. This looks so great! It looked great before you touched it up but now it looks even better. Thanks for uploading it haha
Your iPad paintings great! ArtRage was released on the iPad. I bet you could do some great paintings with that.
something about your site and flash runs poorly and gives errors in firefox...
I knew the ipad was good as a portfolio tool but I didnt realize you could use it to paint. This is ridiculous. Your post says you're using a stylus? I didn't think you could on the ipad. I've been on the but learning more about your process for this could sway me.
Very nice! Robh is your iPad pressure-sensitive? What resolution are you painting at?
Really inspiring Ipad paintings! Do they have a pressure sensitive pen for it, or do you just change the brush size often? Thanks,
Chris-
'aspect ratio' introduced me to Robh's art.
Came here for more 'environs', hung around for the landscapes, especially the iPad ones, and definitely will be staying for the Les Femmes. Off to more digging in the Archives.
Wow Robh, that's fantastic!
stylus is a boxwave and no, the pads aren't pressure sensitive, but there are work arounds :)
